The Chef is in the House! 🍳👩‍🍳 Recognizing the important work done by the staff at our district office in support of the district and all our schools, Edmonson Principal Amy Guzynski decided to show her appreciation in a delicious way. This morning, she showed up with all the fixings to prepare a breakfast fit for royalty: Eggs Benedict! Principal Guzynski donned her apron and transformed the district office into a gourmet kitchen, serving up a delicious breakfast that brought smiles to everyone’s faces. It was a wonderful gesture to thank our hardworking staff who ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. A huge thank you to Principal Guzynski for her thoughtfulness and culinary skills. This morning's feast was truly unforgettable! #wearelamphere

Last night, the Page Drama 🎭 classes delighted audiences with two hilarious One Act plays! The first humorously 😁 highlighted the challenges of sitting next to noisy and eccentric theatergoers, while the other cleverly explored just how addictive the📱 online world can be . The Michigan Department of Education (MDE), working collaboratively with the School Nutrition Association of Michigan (SNAM), is awarding a Certificate of Appreciation to Katie McConkie for reaching the milestone of 25 years of service in preparing healthy and nutritious meals for students. Lamphere Superintendent Dale Steen proudly presented this recognition, during last night's Board of Education meeting, to Lamphere's Director of Food Services Katie McConkie, acknowledging her significant contribution to the student health and well-being of our Lamphere students. School nutrition employees provide the food, energy, and nutrients required for students to perform at their very best during the school day. Mrs. Sims' Life Skills class from Lamphere High School took their dining expertise for a spin at Antonio's Italian Cuisine today! When your 5th grade teacher is also the Varsity Softball Coach you get to have an absolute blast playing kickball with "the big kids" Lamphere High School's Varsity Softball team visited Lauren Genereau's 5th grade classroom at Simonds Elementary today and played kickball. Lamphere Rams Volleyball Camp Attention Girls who are entering grades 4-9, Lamphere High School is offering a camp for those interested in playing the awesome game of volleyball! Coach Casey McLellan will bring her 20 plus years of coaching and playing experience to camp along with the Lamphere Varsity Volleyball team to develop individual skills. Each athlete will learn fundamental volleyball techniques, drills, play competitive games and have a ton of fun while learning all about the great sport of volleyball! Each camper will also receive a Camp t-shirt! Make sure to register by 5/25/24. Camp runs June 10, 11, & 12 from 8:30 to 11 am.
